Fudge By Mella Sea Salt + Caramel

A deep caramel flavoured fudge combined with O’Neill’s Irish Atlantic Sea Salt to give it a little bit of flair. 

From a small kitchen just outside Clonakilty, every batch of fudge from Mella's is handmade to order. Using the cream of West Cork butter, they carefully make this delectable fudge the old fashioned way, producing a crumbly style of buttery fudge, giving a delicate balance between salty and sweet.
