From a small kitchen just outside Clonakilty, Mella handmake every batch of fudge to order. Using the cream of West Cork butter, they carefully make fudge the old fashioned way.

Mella produces a crumbly style of buttery fudge, giving a delicate balance between salty and sweet.

Mella started making fudge with her mother in their kitchen at home in Bantry back in the 80s, and after much experimenting and trying every recipe they could find, they decided on the very best recipe, that produces our unique crumbly buttery fudge. Today, using small batch table top cookers, it’s possible to make the fudge in a similar way to produce that original taste.
