Duty/Tax Information
Your merchandise is exported free of any Irish taxes. However, all merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. EPIC Museum Gift Shop are not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.

The U.S. de minimis exemption has been removed—all shipments are now taxed.

All shipments require recipient tax prepayment. The recipient’s email (and mobile if possible) must be included on shipping forms.

The recipient will receive a link to pay taxes and admin fees before the parcel leaves Ireland. If not paid on time (usually within 5 days), the parcel is returned with no refund.
