All items offered are subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, however, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Purchases are only considered confirmed after good receipt of the payment. We accept all card payments which are done through a secured paying service.
For bespoke orders, please allow a 6 week lead time
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product we will be happy to exchange or refund it.
The bespoke items are not eligible to cancel or to return.
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched please email us reatil@epicchq.com
Postage is included for all orders with a minimum of € 50,00 spent, for all addresses in the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that if you are ordering packages for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes.
10% cash back applies for all orders with a minimum of € 100,00 spend, confirmed and paid between 15th October and 15th December 2020
Cash back credit can be use between January and November 2021. It is legible to credit in EPIC retail store goods and in new EPIC/CHQ events booked after this purchase (dry-hire and packages options).
No cash equivalent will be given under any circumstances.
